What I Wore Wednesday

Okay, so I skipped last week.  Oops!  Mainly because I forgot to take pictures of my outfits (or they weren't worth taking pictures of!)  This week I didn't do much better.  I've started my new schedule at work, plus we went to the local fair a couple nights.  Anyway, these pictures are a combination of the last two weeks.  I'm not putting the days, or what I did, because I can't remember! HA!

Tank: Old Navy
Skirt- Old Navy
Flip Flops- Old Navy (can't see them or I don't even have them on!)

Shirt- Wal-Mart
Shorts- Hollister
(you can probably guess what I did on this day)

Shirt-Kentuck Korner (random store in mall)
Capri's- Old Navy

Bikini Top- Victoria's Secret Pink
Fedora-Wal-Mart
Sunglasses- Ralph Lauren
(this is how I am dressed every weekend, that's why you never see these pics! I. Love. The. Lake.)

Tank- Target
Boyfriend Jeans- American Eagle
Sandals- Wal-Mart

So I forgot to take a picture with it on, but at least I took the picture!
Pink Tank- Target
Black Tank- Old Navy
Leggings- Wal-Mart

Shirt-Target
Shorts- Wal-Mart

So there you have it, my random mix of outfits.  And just so you know I swear I do actually own stuff that's not from Target, Old Navy or Wal-Mart!  For some reason that's just what I wear alot of!!  I will try to do better this week...maybe actually get out of the comfy clothes!

What If It Were You?

I was reading Momtog today, a photography blog I follow.  She had an interesting post today that got me thinking.  She talks about a foundation called "Be The Match."  It is a foundation that allows you to sign up to be a bone marrow donor.  It's a very simple procedure, a cheek swab.  I just completed the regisration myself, and I recommend you all to do the same.  Just think of the lives you could help!  What if that was your mother, father, brother/sister, husband or child that needed that donor.  Wouldn't you like to think someone, somewhere signed up at Be The Match?  I encourage all of you to register!  It only takes five minutes of your time.  Step away from blogland for just a few minutes and help save a life :)

So Long Justin

Jax has been growing his hair out for a few months now.  He wants it to be like Justin Bieber's.  Just for those of you who live under a rock and have no clue who he is, here's a picture.
He's this teeny bop singer, who Usher found on youtube, and he is now filthy rich!  So anyway Jax's hair was pretty much like his.  Yes it was some work to fix.  There was straightening involved, but it was worth it because it was so stinkin' cute!  Here he is this weekend out on the lake.  (obviously its not fixed, but you get the point)

Cute, right?!?!  Well Denny has been trying to get him to cut it forever!  He says it looks like he has a helment head.  Jax kept refusing, saying "I want it like Justin Bieber's."  Even Laney had started calling him Jaxson Bieber! HA!  Denny finally convinced Jax to cut it by lying telling him Justin got his cut off.  Last night while I was at work, my Justin Bieber was taken away!

Yes, he is still adorable, BUT he looked SO CUTE with longer hair.  He also looked younger, now he looks like a little man.  That's hard on a mama :(  I'm still a little mad a Denny for buzzing it, but oh well.  I mean it's only hair, so it will grow back.  However when Jax sees Justin Bieber on TV Denny is going to have some serious explaining to do!

Land of Make Believe

$10.00....that's what Santa, a.k.a me, paid for this doll house. She has spent countless hours sitting in her floor playing with it. It's amazing to me that we can spend hundreds of dollars on the fanciest of toys, and the $10 one is the one that entertains them the longest.

Trying It Out

So over at The Pleated Poppy she has "What I Wore Wednesdays."  I thought I would give it a try this week.  Since I work nights, most of my days are spent at home with kids or running errands.  I thought by doing this it would force me to "get dressed."  I would lounge around in pajama pants all day if I could! ha!  I don't know if I will continue to take pictures of my outfits everyday (I'm somewhat forgetful!), but I would at least like to do a few days.  So here is last week....

One Day.....They Will Be Huge

I saw this video tonight "The Farmer's Trophy Wife".  I have since became addicted!  I think these chicks will be huge one day.  I've replayed the video THREE times already!  Its stuck in my head, and I'm okay with that! Listen...I dare you not to play it a couple times :)
